Health insurance is one of the biggest costs for small business that choose to support their employees. We have seen 200% grown in premium costs over the last 6 years. I’m starting my own business and I want to buy my family’s health insurance through the business because they do some work for me. However, I do not want to offer it to my employees who are not in my immediate family. Are there any regulations against this. I just want to know before I proceed any further. Thanks.
p.s. I’m in Georgia, so any rules for that state would be most helpful, but help from anywhere would be great too.
