New lease of life
The global real estate market took a pounding during 2007 and 2008 after values crashed and occupiers scaled back their occupational needs. It seems, however, the recovery is truly back in motion.

I got a life insurance in case something happens to me. My husband is the primary beneficiary. One of the reasons for getting it was to protect my business. So is it tax deductible?
Answer by mrreliable3599
No.
Your husband is the beneficiary. That’s a personal expense.
If the policy is really to protect your business, why is your husband the beneficiary?
If your business was the beneficiary, the premiums would be deductible. However, life insurance proceeds are generally not taxable to the recipient. If you took out a policy with your business as the beneficiary, the proceeds in excess of premiums paid would be taxable.

This is one of my favorite questions to ask people.
If you didn’t *have* to work, what would you do?
And don’t say “nothing,” because everyone feels the need to do something and contribute in some way, whatever it is.
Sky is the limit! What would you do?

Negotiation a Key to Business — And Life
Tom Fudge: Bargaining isn’t something we do a lot in this country. Americans seem to like fixed prices. And it’s rare for us to dicker with a merchant over the price of a TV or a telephone. But when it comes to buying a house. When it comes to buying a car.

I always think that with the greate archievement in education will means to be successful in career. When we deal with money, we have forgotten that what we do in business or employment is to attract profit or money into the business or your employment life. In fact, we don’t need to have much more better education to be successful in business. As long you are doing the right thing to attract money then it will be fine.
How far you can see the relationship between business, employment, education, self interest and life goal. The biggest mistake I have make is to try to relate all this into one to make a prosperous life. The fact is life is short and we can’t be too greedy to get more out of this. One thing is definite in life is everything is measure by money. it means the rich will rule everything while sometime knowledge don’t really means anything or just a tool to get a job.
Sometime for a business, quality don’t means to be good if it did not attract profit. a sustainable quality that able to attract profit will be good enough for business.
when you said about self interest and life goal. it is totally irrelevant with your education, business, employment. In fact what you want to do and archieve in life could something that you can get it from your education, business, employment. may be all these is the platform for you to be more sustainable in life but it don’t means for you to archieve your real life goal.
wish to heard more from you.
